Iverson, the artist and co-founder of Alice Riot, created the original Mina collage and painting at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. As a representation of the monotonous, cyclical nature of quarantine – and of course, Kate’s love for her chihuahua – the piece is both sentimental and melancholy with a dash of humor and whimsy.
